Jason Ehrlicher – President & CEO
Jason first came to Benchmark Lending Group as a loan officer more than a decade ago. He has progressed through a number of roles, and has been invaluable to Benchmark Lending Group in each one, while gaining extensive knowledge of mortgage banking along the way. In 2005, he became President and CEO and has continued to help us grow through the ever-changing mortgage marketplace.

Mark Warnell – Director of Human Resources
Mark leads our human resources strategies, including recruiting, training, employee relations, organizational development and administration.  Over the years, Mark has served a number of roles at Benchmark Lending Group, helping us advance our business development, operations, technology and facilities efforts.  Mark earned his MBA from Sonoma State University in 2007 and has his SPHR certification pending in May of 2008.

Garry Goodman – Vice President of Sales
Garry is one of the original members of Team Benchmark, and served on our board of directors before coming to work in our corporate office. Since then, Garry has provided valuable leadership to our company and our sales team. Garry is an accomplished individual who has owned successful companies of his own, and has served on the board of directors for numerous businesses, trade associations and charities.

Jackson Chesley – Sales Manager
Jackson has been one of Benchmark Lending Group’s outstanding employees since joining our team in 1998 as a loan officer. Today, Jackson manages a successful sales team.  He specializes in helping loan officers structure loans to find the right fit for each customer, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
